Training
I completed my CBT training with Kings College London and I am accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP), the accrediting body for practicing CBT. I received my EMDR training from the EMDR Association. As part of maintaining accreditation to practice, I attend regular training some of which are listed below:

Experience
I have worked in various mental health settings for over 10 years and have spent the last 8 years in the NHS, where I have supported individuals with many issues including PTSD, Depression, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorder, Body Dysmorphia and individuals with Low Self-Esteem.
Through working in the NHS, I receive continuous professional development training from specialists in the field at the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London and receive monthly supervision from the National Service for Anxiety Disorders, Centre of Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT). I have completed supervision training and supervise trainee CBT therapists in an NHS Talking Therapies service.
